Huge Expandable rack pack
Our Coconut bag is extraordinary large and packs into a small space.
This is a large rack pack that is expandable ( with a zipper release ) and has two large pannier that fold up when not in use. This bag bag got it's nickname by hauling five coconuts ( coconuts are huge before they the husk is removed ). We were able to take two coconuts in the main compartment, one in each pannier, and one in the bungee. This is a perfect solution for bicycle commuters, since you have space when you need it, however the panniers aren't permanent, so they will not slow you down when not in use.
Lot's of Options
It comes with three special Velcro straps on the bottom to attach to any bicycle rack, two across and one front to back to make sue it doesn't slide in any direction. It also has a shoulder strap and a convenient carry handle. It also includes a bungee on top to strap wet clothes, so they dry in the sun, while keeping everything else dry ( there is foam at the top of the bag to keep moisture out ).

It is surprising how the panniers almost disappear when rolled up. It is not floppy so load it up.

Coconut bag Review
We just used this bag for the first time today for grocery shopping and what a relief to not to have to use our cart! The bags are unbelievably roomy and easy to fill. It is a great way to transport many items by bike. We are living on a sailboat, so this makes shopping so much easier..
