Walking barefoot & cycling is a perfect workout

This year I added walking barefoot on sand to my workout routine. I love being barefoot for "grounding" reasons. Additionally the unlevel sand develops my feet in multiple planes as I walk, hence it straightens my base ( feet ). This allows me to align my body from a solid foundation. Platform shoes allow ones feet to stabilize in a " wrong " position. This can lead to knee, hip and spine misalignment...since they are all based on crooked feet. 

Try walking barefoot on unlevel surfaces to align your body, and research the concept of "grounding" ones body. It is revolutionary, simple, and it works.
