I am able to fit two folding bikes in almost every trunk. I even fit three folders in a trunk a few times.

Once I fit four bikes inside a Ford Expedition with four adults. I was amazed that I could take a group of four with bikes in one car and we had plenty of extra space.... pretty cool.

Folders make more sense, because they are portable.
