Crank Removal

Step #1 Remove the crank bolt by turning counterclockwise until it comes out

Step #2 Thread the crank puller into the crank by hand, be sure not to strip the threads.

Step #3 Then turn the crank puller clockwise with a wrench ( or by hand ) until the crank can be easilt removed.

Step #4 Remove the crank.
