Here's why we think there is no better XC fork than this: first of all, it's a Fox, so the guts are all machined in the USA of genuine aluminum. Companies mass-producing their plastic-crap forks overseas always seem to run into quality-control issues. Now, some stuff made overseas is often plenty good stuff, but when you're talking suspension design--something that requires so much testing and constant revision--Fox has certain advantages.
