The Lady F.I. is a whole lot more than just a men's short with a modified chamois. In fact, the Lady F.I. is probably more dissimilar to men's shorts than any other. Why? First off is its "Smart Waist" system that utilizes a rear-only pulled elastic waistband system. It improves breathability and comfort by keeping the shorts in place without putting pressure on your abdomen.
You'll find the Lady F.I. to be wider in the hips, narrower in the waist, and shorter in the legs to allow you to ride without feeling restriction or bagginess. Like the legendary F.I. Uno men's bib shorts, the Lady is built with a 6-panel A.E.P.D (Assos Ergonomic Pattern Design) design from DuPont ACFX compression spandex. The women's-specific Elastic Interface chamois allows women to experience the level of comfort known and loved by Assos fantatics.
