Yan Lyansky
Chairman

Dr. Lyansky is currently the Chairman at Downtube and manages our online store and our retail store in Ocracoke, NC. While at Downtube, Dr. Lyansky was Visiting Assistant Professor at several schools including Villanova, University of the Virgin Islands, Lafayette College, Furman University, and Coker College. Most recently he was a Visiting Professor in the Mathematics department at East Carolina University. Dr. Lyansky is an avid runner (Philadelphia Marathon, 1996), cyclist ( he biked across the country in 1996), and swimmer. Dr. Lyansky received his Ph.D., Masters, and Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

Nataliya Muravytska
Chief Financial Officer

Nataliya Muravytska is a Chief Financial Officer of Downtube. Ms. Muravytska is also the chief planning and strategy officer. Nataliya has taught at Temple University in the Economics Department. She has also previously been a manager with the biggest investment bank in Ukraine, Alfa Capital, where she worked predominantly in Corporate Finance and performed a full spectrum of services on dealing in Ukrainian and Russian securities. Nataliya holds a MBA in International Business from Kiev National University of Economics (Ukraine) and a Masters degree in Economics from Temple University.

Nurgul Ukueva
President and Chief Operating Officer

Nurgul Ukueva is the President and the Chief Operating Officer of Downtube. Ms. Ukueva has previously worked as a financial manager at H&R International, a global investment banking organization. Additionally, she was as a Chief Project Executive at Western American Consulting Office. Nurgul received her Masters degree in Economics and Finance from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Emory University.

Shivang Patel
CTO

Shivang Patel is the Chief Technology Officer for Downtube. Mr. Patel graduated at Penn State University with a degree in Computer Engineering. He has worked as the Director of Technology at Crystal Findings Inc., improving production by 35% within a year. Mr. Patel also worked at Sears & Roebuck Inc. where he helped the telecommunications and digital imagery division grow at a 30% rate each of his three years there.
